While the primary focus of any student should and will be on obtaining a quality education here at East-West, student activities can be the thread that sews your entire college experience together. The university encourages all students to engage in activities that will stimulate the mind and body, while forging potential life long friendships along the way.

Mission Statement:  The Chinese Student Association(CSA) of East-West University(EWU) serves the growing EWU Chinese community. CSA promotes the interests and awareness of Chinese culture in EWU while functioning as a means of social engagement. We host events that engage with Chinese culture which allow participants to have fun and meet new people. Some of our well-known events include Karaoke Contests, Game Nights, Cooking Contest, and the annual Lunar New Year Banquet. Join us to find out what CSA is all about!

Mission Statement: To empower academic excellence through peer support. Mentors are available to assist students with logging in to EWU student portal and email. They also assist students with resources such as where to find the writing, math, science, computer, and business tutors.

Music Appreciation Club

Mission Statement: Music Appreciation Club is a fun, non-threatening way to learn and to express views about many music-related topics: concerts, history, business, genres and styles, psychology, instruments, performance, social aspects, theory and so much more. Club members share their own compositions and favorite works by other artists.  Our motto is Music Is Like Life: it does not have many specific guidelines and almost anything can happen.  We should prepare ourselves to improvise with the unexpected!
