Meet Your Records Officer

Ms. Soledad Rodriguez

Records Officer

Hello! My name is Soledad Rodriguez and I am proud to serve as the Registrar at East-West University.

My connection to the institution runs deep. I am a first-gen graduate. I spent 4 years here as a student and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with specialization in Digital Multimedia, and now I am serving as your registrar.

I am very appreciative for everyone that has supported me throughout my journey. Even to those that have given me opportunities like no other.  I am well aware how this new chapter in your life can make you feel, but worry not. My door is always open and I will do my part as a registrar to make sure your academic journey runs as smoothly as possible, from enrollment to graduation, and everything in between.

Whether it be a question regarding registration, transcripts, academic records, etc., you can count on me. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns, no matter how big or small.

Meet Your Counseling & Student Affairs Advisor (CSA)

Mr. Jesus Silva

Student Advisor, CSA

Hi! I’m Jesus Silva, your CSA Advisor here at East-West University. I have lots of experience as a student aid and assisting students with their needs. After graduating from East-West University in the winter quarter, I'm still looking to further my education in science.

As your new CSA Advisor, I'll be around to help you create a class schedule that works around your daily life while still keeping you on a road to succeed. I will also be working on our school's Instagram and TikTok pages. I aim to create an informational hub for the school, events, student life, activities downtown, and more.

If you ever have any class photos, department info, suggestions, feedback, or need any help with your schedule, please reach out!
