Welcome! It's my pleasure to have you in the Electronics Engineering Technology Department at East-West University. I'm so happy you're here. As the Program Director, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some of our program's highlights and potential career opportunities.

The BS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology offers a foundation in mathematics, science, and engineering fundamentals to design, develop, and test electronic systems and devices. Graduates gain skills in areas like circuit analysis, digital electronics, and microprocessors, preparing them for careers in various sectors such as telecommunications, renewable energy, and robotics.

The core focus and skills of our Bachelors of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology are:

• Design and development: You will learn to design, develop, and implement electronic devices, components, and systems.
• Problem-solving: The curriculum emphasizes applying engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems in areas like industrial networks and control systems.
• Technical knowledge: You will gain a deep understanding of the flow of electrons in various media and devices, including semiconductors and solid-state devices.
• Hands-on training: Many programs include laboratory work, allowing you to get hands-on experience with tasks like testing, assembling, and repairing electronic components and circuitry.

Teaching – Learning process at East-West University is not traditional, it’s more dynamic. We will use technologies like Kahoot, Role plays, Polls and Videos that help support the learning. Because of the small class size, students will participate and become active and engaged learners and develop excellent verbal and written communication skills.
