DR. NADIA HALLAK HALILOVIC
Dr. Nadia Hallak Halilovic received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago, her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (MA) from Roosevelt University and her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Argosy University. She has taught a wide array of courses in the Behavioral and Social Science department at East West University including: Introduction to Psychology, Social Psychology, Theories of Personality, Lifespan Development, Motivation, Biopsychology, and Abnormal Psychology. She also taught psychology at DePaul University, Saint Xavier University, Moraine Valley College, Le Cordon Bleu, University of Phoenix, MacCormac College, College of Lake County and Triton College. Her research interests include Marital Satisfaction, Signs of Divorce, Cultural Psychology, the Effect of Acculturation on Anger Expression, Acculturation and Assimilation amongst immigrants, and the Effect of Emotion on Marital Satisfaction amongst couples.
