DR. EKKEHARD-TEJA WILKE
Dr. Ekkehard-Teja Wilke is the Associate Provost of East-West University and acting chairperson of the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences.. His responsibilities include teaching American and World history courses, and select supervision of academic and academic support services, library and learning resources, external uinstructional site, and institutional planning and development.
He received his early education in Germany, and obtained a PhD from the University of Illinois in 1967. His dissertation, Political Decadence in Imperial Germany: Personnel-Political Aspects of the German Government Crisis, was subsequently expanded and published by the University of Illinois Press.
Based on interest, training, and academic experiences including the University of Illinois, Indiana University, and East-West University, Dr. Wilke’s focus remains contributing as teacher and academic administrator in assisting individuals to achieve their potential within a framework of constructive interdependency.
