ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR
Primary duties include:
·         cultivating relationships through consistent in-person, email and telephone contact in order to recruit prospective students
·         assisting applicants throughout the admissions and registration process.
·         Representing the University at designated off-campus events, including college fairs and high school visits
·         Meeting established enrollment goals


Education and/or Experience
·         Bachelor’s degree required
·         Working knowledge of and experience in recruitment and the admissions/enrollment management field preferred
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
·         Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills
·         Computer skills
·         Bilingual skills (Spanish)


Qualified candidate must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Director of Financial Aid

The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the management and administration of the student Financial Aid Office and its functions, including but not limited to accounting operations, budget preparation,  preparation of federal, state and university reports, maintenance of federal fund budgetary controls and regulatory compliance, and the delivery of funds and services to students.  The Director maintains compliance with all federal, state and university regulations governing student aid programs.

VACANCY: ENDT CLINICAL LIAISON POSITION

East-West University invites applications from qualified individuals for the ENDT Clinical Liaison position effective immediately. Candidates must possess relevant academic background in EEG, PSG or IOM and be professionally credentialed for EEG or Evoked Potentials or Nerve Conduction or Sleep or Intraoperative Monitoring. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain clinical affiliations with hospitals and END labs.
  2. Post students out for clinical internships and assign appropriate clinical grades.
  3. Coordinate END laboratory practical modules in association with the Program Director.
