NEUROTECHNOLOGY (EEG) PROGRAM
The fields of Neurotechnology and Electroneurodiagnostic Technology are expanding with great career opportunities in the healthcare industry. The Neurotechnology (EEG) Program at East-West University gives students a solid academic preparation for an exciting career in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology. The certificate program will provide students with the basic, intermediate, and advanced electroencephalography curriculum as well as a comprehensive knowledge of neuroscience. Students complete two clinical internships at state-of-the-art Chicagoland hospitals such as The University of Chicago Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Rush University Medical Center.
The Neurotechnology Program is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory instruments for in-house practical sessions and the East-West University faculty consists of practicing board registered EEG Technologists that assure a first rate level of education. Students are taught in preparation for the board examinations given by the American Board for the Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists.
