Major: Business Management

What do you plan to do with your degree once you finish at East-West? “Once I finish at East-West, I plan to be working as a hospitality manager in a luxury hotel.  I also plan to open at least three hair salons throughout the Chicago-land area.”

If you could impact the world in one way, how would you /what would you do? “If I could impact the world, I would make sure that the youth, ages 12-22, were fully educated on the dangers of unprotected sex and the risks of STD’s, unwanted pregnancies, and even emotional damage.”

List other activities/programs you are a part of (at East-West or elsewhere) “During the summer, I coordinate various activities for my community’s youth to participate in in order to prevent delinquency and idle time.  Activities include basketball, competitions, car washes, and dance routines to perform at block parties.”

Why should other people join the Honors Program?  “Being in the Honors Program gives me a sense of excellence.  It lets me know that I have done my best and that my accomplishments have been recognized.  I would recommend students to join because the program offers a more in depth education and more challenging curriculum.”

Name a book that you really like or has influenced you in some way.  Explain why. “I really liked the book Native Son because it shows how easily a person can fall victim of a corrupt society.  That book allowed me to look at the bigger picture and to do my best not to end up like the character in the book.”

List any hobbies/interests: “Dancing, drawing, modeling, doing hair, shopping, writing.”

Favorite Quote: “The bigger the struggle,  the greater the vistory.”
